Hello and welcome! I am so glad you are here. My name is Xenia, and I am registered counseling intern at Kefi Counseling, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Reaching out for support can be a big step, and I want you to know that I am here to make this process as comfortable as possible for you. Whether you are facing stress, anxiety, or just need someone to talk to, I am here to listen without judgment and help you find your way through any challenges you are experiencing.
In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, open space where you feel heard and understood. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will support you in exploring your thoughts and emotions, while helping you develop practical tools to improve your well-being and build a more balanced life.

My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, and strengths-based. I believe every client has the capacity to grow and heal when supported with compassion, guidance, and understanding. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and building resilience for everyday life.
