This group provides a safe, judgment-free space where survivors can share experiences, rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and begin the healing process surrounded by support and understanding.

Empower U is an 8-week counseling group designed to help adolescents build confidence, strengthen self-worth, and develop healthy emotional and social skills in a supportive group environment.

Adolescence can be a challenging time filled with self-doubt, comparison, and pressure. This group provides a safe space where teens can explore who they are, learn to manage negative self-talk, and connect with peers who may be experiencing similar challenges.

Steady Steps is a supportive group counseling program for young adults experiencing depression, low mood, burnout, or emotional disconnection. This group offers a safe, structured space to develop coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and reconnect with motivation and purpose alongside peers who understand similar struggles.
